After world is not longer safe on the land because of war and radiation, people began to hiding and survive in the underground base called shelter. Your job is to make the best shelter to provide all people safety and comfort. Build several facility to make them safe and alive. To build a great base you will need material from land, so you must send your best military people to scavenging in the dangerous land, equip them with full survival equipment. Train your people to be the best at their own speciality.
