As expected from Dark Souls 3, still most brutal game ever. This game more harder than before, boss monster bigger as ever, your whole journey in the game will be painful. Prepare to train your play in Dark Souls 3 if you are new in this series. You can look at this video to feel the horror :
Dark Souls game need tactics, skills, and information to win the game a little bit easy. Each bosses, enemies, and dungeons has a secret. You need to learn enemies movement and weakness. You can't keep your items in your inventory forever. Use them to defeat enemies, like bomb or spells, some of them may weak from it. Choose weapon you like, easy to handle but small damage like one handed weapon, shield to prevent some enemies attack, or two handed weapon slow but deadly. If you fighting enemies or bosses with burning effect, you may wear an armor that resist to burning. So wherever you go, carrying multiple equipment is absolutely necessary.
